Returns & Refund Policy

Applies to purchases made on www.lamikraft.in.

We want you to love your Cumin Co. cookware. If something isn't right, here's how returns, replacements, and refunds work.

Returns

When you can return an item

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery in these cases.

All products priced below ₹500,  are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns or replacements will only be accepted if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
 

Changed your mind Eligible if the product is unused, in its original packaging and condition, and you have proof of purchase.

Manufacturing defect Products with a genuine manufacturing defect may qualify for a replacement or return, subject to inspection and our warranty terms.

Damaged, tampered, incomplete, or incorrect order Reviewed on a case-by-case basis using the documentation you provide (see below).

Reporting a damaged or incomplete order

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please report it within 3 days of delivery and share the following:

• A photo/video of the Proof of Delivery (POD) marked "Damaged" or "Partial Delivery", where applicable.
• A complete, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows:
  • The sealed outer package with the shipping label
  • The package being opened
  • The inner packaging
  • All contents received
  • Any visible damage or missing items

The video is what lets us approve these claims quickly, so please start recording before you open the box.

Sale and promotional purchases

Products bought during sales, promotions, special offers, or bundled discount campaigns are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approval

All returns require our review and approval before you send anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Applies to approved returns and cancellations.

When you'll get a refund

• An approved return of an unused product (return shipping may apply).
• An approved cancellation made before your order ships.
• An approved return of a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product.
• Any other case approved by Cumin Co.

What isn't refunded

Unless we've agreed otherwise:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

How refunds are processed

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders Since there's no original payment method to refund to, please share:

• Account holder name
• Bank account number
• IFSC code

Approved COD refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Partial returns

If you return only part of an order, your refund covers the value of the returned item(s) only.

Free gifts and promotional benefits

If returning an item drops your order below the threshold that qualified you for a free gift or promotional benefit, that gift must be returned too. If it isn't, we may adjust your refund accordingly.

Haven't received your refund?

1. Check your bank account or card statement.
2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing on their end can take a few days.
3. If it's still pending more than 10 business days after approval, reach out to us.
